Terms & conditions
Bookings submitted guests by telephone, post or e-mail, will be considered contractually binding once we have confirmed the booking in writing.
All other cases are governed by the official Austrian Hotel Regulations:
Cancellation rates
All cancellation rates ‘prior to the day of arrival’:
- 30 to 15 days prior to arrival day: 25%
- 14 to 8 days prior to arrival day: 50%
- 7 to 4 days prior to arrival day: 80%
- 3 days or fewer prior to arrival day: 100%
The same applies to late arrivals or premature departures. We will, of course, try hard to rent the room to another party to avoid or reduce the cancellation fee as much as possible.
Cancellation insurance
Take out cancellation insurance for your holiday (trip interruption, additional costs in the event of delayed arrival, etc.): hotel cancellation plus

Local tax
The local tax of € 2,30 per person/night is due from the age of 15.
